positive Eating habits- Teens
This group is designed to help teach your teen how to eat naturally without feelings of guilt or shame surrounding every food choice. Your teen will become more confident in their nutrition choices and be less at risk for potentially developing an eating disorder or chronic dieting as they get older.
8 Week Program: make nutrition easy
This program is for adults only. Begin your 8 week journey of learning how to become an Intuitive Eater. In this program we will be reading the book Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch and discussing/learning new skills and nutritional science. Materials are included! Just bring yourself!
body positivity- teens
This is an 8 week group for teenage girls 12-18 years old. In this group you will learn how to overcome negative thoughts surrounding your body, meanwhile recovering your identity and faith. What better way to learn to love the amazing bodies God gave us then to build new friendships and gain support from other girls going through the same struggles.
