Eating Disorder Recovery through the Holidays
What to expect
This group is for individuals ages 21+ years old who is in eating disorder recovery and feels especially challenged through the Holiday Season. Registered Dietitian, Erika Conte, specializes in eating disorder treatment and decided to start this group due to the large number of inquiries she receives from clients looking for more support during this time.
This will be a structured group which means all you have to do is show up and the discussion will be prompted and directed for you! Erika hopes that during this time you learn skills to help you encounter the various challenges during the holiday season (family, friends, food, commentary, change in season, etc), think ahead and prepare for these challenges, and receive support from others in the group.
Where & When: Group will be online (Google Meet) in the evening. See dates below as the day changes. 6:00-7:00PM. Each group is 60min.
Price: $200 on November 20th & $150 on December 18th, credit or debit card. No refunds once group has started, No make-ups for missed group.
Enrollment: Due to the limited time frame for this group, each participant will commit to all 7 sessions. Payment is required in full on the first group of each month (see above). This group will max at 10 participants.
