Current Groups & Workshops
Groups can be a great way to work on new skills with others who GET IT. Whether it is replacing poor habits with better ones, learning to make peace with food and your body, or practicing intuitive eating skills, you’ll find others working on the exact same thing who will become some of your best supporters.
“Groups fill a void that traditional counseling just doesn’t.”
