Groups & Courses at Bamboo Nutrition & Therapy

Welcome to Our Groups & Offerings

Growth doesn’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes it looks like showing up.
Sometimes it looks like learning one new skill.
Sometimes it looks like sitting in a room (or logging onto Zoom) and realizing you’re not the only one.

At Bamboo Nutrition & Therapy, our groups and courses were created with that kind of growth in mind.

Just like bamboo, meaningful change often happens quietly beneath the surface before you see it above ground. Our licensed dietitians and therapists design every group and course to support steady, sustainable progress — rooted in evidence-based care and real human connection.

This page will help you find the right starting place.

Our Courses

Flexible, Guided, Expert-led

At Bamboo Nutrition & Therapy, our groups and courses are thoughtfully designed by our licensed dietitians and therapists to bring you support in a more accessible, community-centered format.

Our courses may be offered in different formats.

Some courses are subscription-based and give you access to a video library with full-access, on-demand, self-paced options.

Other courses are short, educational series for a one-time payment.

Depending on the course, you’ll have educational videos, downloadable worksheets, and access to new, continually added content full of relevant topics.

Courses are a great fit if you:

  • Prefer learning at your own pace

  • Need flexibility around your schedule

  • Want professional guidance in a more accessible format

  • Appreciate structured content you can revisit anytime

Our Groups

Connection, Accountability & Shared Growth

Our groups are facilitated live by our licensed therapists and dietitians and offered either in-person or online.

We understand showing up for a group with people you don’t know can be HARD.

We welcome you to bring a friend or a loved one to group with you, or encourage a friend to sign up and benefit alongside you from the information!

Groups are an opportunity to share and learn from one-another’s experiences, build skills in a community, receive accountability and support from people who understand, and have real-time space to share challenges or stressors.

We offer:

  • Short-term, niched groups

  • Ongoing support groups

  • In-person groups

  • Virtual groups

Groups are a great fit if you:

  • Want a sense of community

  • Benefit from discussion and shared experiences

  • Prefer guided support with a facilitator present

  • Value hearing others’ perspectives

What Makes Us Different

All of our offerings are created and led by licensed professionals within our group practice.

That means:

  • Evidence-based frameworks

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Ethical standards

  • Clinical insight woven into every lesson and session

These aren’t generic wellness programs. They are built from real clinical experience and a deep respect for your lived story.
